Spend 80% of your time on the Social Web Interacting
No one likes someone that is saying, buy from me, buy from me! BUY FROM ME! They especially don't like it online. 80% of your time shoiuld be spent on the social web interacting with customers and potential customers. How do we do that? We become collectors of information. Find 10 Blogs or websites that you like that are related to your industry and read them. When you find great content, SHARE IT! Remember that Content is King!
